HealthLogger Personal — Getting Started

HealthLogger Personal is a personal event logging and organisation tool. It allows you to record the timing of self-observed events for your own reference and awareness.

How to log an event

  • Select the relevant event category.
  • The time and date are logged automatically.
  • Optionally choose a personal rating (Low / Medium / High Impact).

About event categories

Event categories are organisational labels only. They help you group entries and do not represent diagnoses, measurements, or medical assessments.

Personal rating

Personal ratings reflect your own perception of an event. They are subjective and are not indicators of medical severity or clinical status.

Viewing patterns

HealthLogger can display average time gaps between similar events. These views are provided for personal awareness and organisation only. Interpretation is left entirely to the user.

Export & import

You can export or import your records to maintain personal backups or move data between devices. Interpretation of exported data is outside the scope of the system.

Important note

HealthLogger Personal is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, measurement, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
